Simple terms for a simple product.

One payment, one link, 30 days. Here’s the full picture.

1. What you’re buying

A single Pub Crawl Games crawl: a custom, AI-generated game built around your group and your route. You receive a private link that’s valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. The link gives access to the full crawl: intro, every bar stop, and all challenges.

2. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. You pay once. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no upsell at checkout. The price is clearly displayed before you confirm.

3. Your link

Your crawl link is private and unguessable. It’s yours to share with your group or bookmark for the night. After 30 days from purchase, the link expires and the content is deleted from our servers. We can’t extend links after expiry, but you can always build a new crawl for the next one.

4. Acceptable use

Pub Crawl Games is for personal use by the group it was built for. You may share your private link with people attending the same crawl. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the generated content for commercial purposes. One purchase covers one group’s use on one night out.

5. If something goes wrong

If there’s a problem with your crawl (generation failed, the content isn’t right, or anything else), email us at hello@pubcrawlgames.com and we’ll try to make it right.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Any material changes will be noted here with an updated date. Purchases made before a change are governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
